We were in Peoria this past week. Todd was in a Ragtime Piano convention.

This is us at the airport getting ready to go. We brought Joey with us.

When we got to the hotel there was a huge king size bed. Nothing cuter than a naked baby in a big huge all white bed.

We went out on a boat on Friday. Todd played piano while Finn and I walked back and forth on the boat.

Saturday night we put Finn in Todd's show. He was doing a Sideshow Night and Finn was the Tattooed Man!

We drove to my Aunt Sue's on Sunday. My cousin's Michelle's little girl, Sydney turned 4 the day after Finn's b-day. Michelle has another baby coming in August.

Monday morning. This is what I call the "Elmo Stuper" as he watches Sesame Street.

We went over to Michelle's house for dinner and Finn got some birthday presents.

Finn turned one this past Saturday. We were in Peoria ILL. for a Ragtime Piano convention Todd was involved in. My mom flew out and my Aunt Sue drove in from Chicago.

We try not to give him sugar. So this is what I all his Sugar Coma

We went to a party last night. Finn met a bunny and lots of magicians. But he'll be ok (hee hee).

Dogapalooza

My neighbor has three Maltese. When ever she is in the hall with them Joey goes nuts. I took Finn out in the hall to the dogs. Todd, Aye Jaye and Joey joined the chaos.

Then our neighbor put her three dogs in bike stroller and off they went.

"Hello"

Finn has learned how to say "Hello" when he's holding the phone.




This is a long video. He is not saying "hello" but he is having a very long discussion that I do not understand.

Piano player?

He can now reach the keys to the keyboard.

New chair

We wanted to buy a little chair for Finn but were very suprised to see they were $70 at BabiesRus. We asked my dad to keep an eye out for toddler chairs at the thrift store and yard sales. Here is Finn's new chair from Grandpa.

Yes, it is a pink Dora chair - and he loves it!

Mother's Day Weekend

"What day is it . . . .? That's right. It's Mother's Day!"Finn tried the wading pool for the first time. It was enjoyed. And a tad cold.

Finn will be one in about two weeks. My dad will be 70 tomorrow. Finn and Grandpa shared a birthday cake.
