Three generations

Peter

So we had a weird thing with my brother Peter. Here's the deal. Peter and I have been on totally opposite schedules since Finn has been born. We're getting up at 5:30 AM and Peter has gone to bed about an hour before. I go to bed by 10:00 PM and Peter is getting ready to go out. For what ever reason Finn recently has been scared of Peter. So last week when I was down in Virginia Peter and I took Finn to a playground so Finn could finally chill out and hang ouy with his uncle. We went to Cabin John Park which was a park that Peter and I went to as kids. Took him about ten minutes or so but he finally had a great time and adored my brother.

James Dean / muscle boy

Doesn't he look like a mini James Dean? Plus check out the weird baby muscle in the second picture.

Little Piano player

I wish I could edit this video down to the last 30 seconds of it - but I can't figure out how.

I wonder where he gets his piano interest . . .

Smiles

It is hard to get him to smile for the camera.
Here are a few smiles from this week.

"School"

I've been trying all these different trial classes with Finn. The two that he loves so far are Toddler Gymnastics and First Steps School. Here are his pictures from "school". Although he's not smiling in any of them and in fact looks pissed, he actually had a great time.

No pants, Todd's glasses. Toliet paper. Starbucks

Finn was just in one of those mood's last night. He did NOT want to put his pants on. He pulled almost the entire role of toilet paper off the role and ran around with it wrapped around his body. He kept grabbing Todd's glasses and insisted on on holding my Starbucks cup (with nothing in it).

Photo Shoot

This was Finn's second photo shoot of the month. (He did a shoot for Family Fair Magazine last week)

Todd was doing a shoot down in Tribeca and Finn and I tagged along.

Finn's family. Night Night.

We started this thing a few months ago where we would say goodnight to the pictures on our fridge. There were just a mismatch of pictures. I would say, "goodnight daddy", and kiss a picture of Todd and then Finn would kiss the picture. "Goodnight Joey" and kiss a picture of Joey. We have a magnet of Bettie Page and so randomly we also say goodnight to Bettie Page each night. So I decided this week to make a "Family Picture Tree" for Finn to say goodnight to each person in his family. We'll keep Bettie Page in the mix for s*&$#'s and giggles. Night Mommy. Night Daddy. Night Joey. Night Nana. Night Papa. Night Peter. Night Michael. Night Liz. Night Ger Ger.

Lovely fall afternoon.

We went to Central Park then headed over to the Children's Museum.
